A simple choice
Optimum has not added analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or embedded social-media and map widgets. You can read the site and prepare a booking enquiry without accepting optional tracking.
Choose “Accept cookies” to allow the optional storage used to remember this notice. Choose “Reject cookies” to continue without optional storage. Rejecting removes any saved Optimum notice preference; the notice can appear again on another page.
What is stored
If you choose to remember the notice, the site stores optimum_cookie_notice_v1 in this browser’s local storage. It records only the notice version and an expiry time. The preference is valid for 180 days. Local storage does not expire automatically; the site removes an expired entry when you return, or you can remove it sooner using Cookie settings or your browser. It contains no name, contact details, booking information, medical information or advertising identifier and is not sent to Optimum by our code.
Local storage differs from a cookie: it is not automatically sent with web requests. We treat it as a similar device-storage technology and offer a choice before creating this optional preference.
Change or remove your preference
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to reopen the notice. Select “Reject cookies” to delete this site’s saved notice preference. You can also clear site data in your browser. If storage is blocked or unavailable, the website remains usable and the notice may appear again.
Hosting and external services
Our hosting provider may use essential security or delivery technologies depending on your request and its settings. Optimum’s notice does not control a provider’s necessary protections. Google Maps, WhatsApp, email and social-media services open only when you choose their links and apply their own policies. We do not load their embeds when you visit this site.
Booking details and future changes
The website does not save booking-form contents in cookies or local storage. Your browser may offer its own autofill features. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or other tracking in future, this policy and the controls must be updated before those tools are enabled. For questions, see our privacy policy.
